JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Garage Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise all garage activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and availability of company vehicles and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and supervise daily garage activities.
• Manage vehicle inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair works.
• Supervise mechanics, technicians, and other garage staff.
• Diagnose and follow up vehicle mechanical problems.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained according to the required maintenance schedule.
• Control the use of spare parts, tools, and other garage materials.
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Supply Chain Department for spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair history.
• Ensure proper use and care of garage equipment and tools.
• Monitor the quality and timely completion of repair works.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable standards.
• Prepare regular reports on garage activities, vehicle conditions, maintenance costs, and spare-part requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience

• B.Sc. in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial position.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and garage management.
• Experience with trucks, heavy vehicles, and company fleet management is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy is required.
