Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Garment Line Leader to supervise and coordinate garment production line activities, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and operational requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the assigned garment production line.

• Allocate tasks and coordinate workers to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved.

• Ensure products meet required quality standards.

• Identify and address production bottlenecks and operational issues.

• Monitor employee performance and provide necessary guidance.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments.

• Ensure proper use of machinery, materials, and workplace resources.

• Maintain accurate production records and report line performance.

• Promote compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Male or Female candidates.

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in garment production.

• Previous experience in a garment production line is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under production targets and deadlines.
