Education & Training: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or related field.
Professional Experience: 5–8+ years of progressive executive management experience in large-scale catering, hospitality, multi-unit food service, or banquet operations.
Core Competencies & Requirements:
Operational Leadership: Full P&L accountability, annual budget planning, production oversight, and cross-departmental coordination across culinary, service, stewarding, and logistics teams.
Cost Control & Financial Margins: Menu engineering, food/labor cost optimization, waste reduction frameworks, and vendor/supplier contract negotiations.
Logistics & Scalability: Deep understanding of off-premise event logistics, fleet management, kitchen workflow efficiency, and large-scale banquet staffing.
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to HACCP, food safety regulations, workplace safety, and service quality benchmarks.
