Job Description

Key Duties:

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization.

• Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans, and operational objectives.

• Supervise and coordinate the performance of all major departments.

• Monitor sales, finance, procurement, import, export, logistics, warehouse, and administrative operations.

• Ensure effective use of organizational resources and achievement of business objectives.

• Develop business opportunities and maintain key customer/supplier relationships.

• Monitor organizational performance, risks, costs, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Lead and develop employees and promote effective teamwork.

• Report organizational performance and major issues to the Board/Owners.

Workplace: Addis Ababa
Salary: Net, 55,000.00

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.

• Strong strategic leadership and business-management capability.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

Minimum 5** years of relevant managerial experience**, preferably in an Import & Export, Trading, Manufacturing, or related organization, including significant senior-management responsibility.
