Key Responsibilities
Provide overall strategic leadership and operational oversight across the import-export, manufacturing, and transport business units.
Translate corporate vision into actionable, high-performance business plans to drive profitability and market expansion.
Optimize operational efficiency, supply chain management, and resource allocation across all departments.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, regulatory authorities, and business partners.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive management team to achieve company objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, financial standards, and corporate governance policies.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience criteria:
Master’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field, with at least 15 years of well-proven experience in reputed companies, including 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 18 years of total working experience, including 8 years as a General Manager or equivalent executive leadership position.
Additional Competencies:
Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of scaling businesses, particularly within trade, manufacturing, or logistics/transport sectors.
Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
High energy, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
