To achieve this vision, we are seeking an accomplished General Manager with the leadership, operational expertise, and strategic mindset to help build a world-class organization.

The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will work closely with the founders to lead the company's operations and execute our long-term growth strategy. You will strengthen manufacturing systems, improve business performance, build high-performing teams, and establish the operational foundation needed for large-scale growth.

Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory, and quality assurance
Drive sales coordination, financial performance, and operational efficiency
Build and develop high-performing teams
Implement SOPs, KPIs, and scalable management systems

Job Requirements
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Proven experience managing and scaling small-to-medium manufacturing businesses
Strong expertise in operations, finance, and people management
Experience implementing systems, processes, and performance frameworks
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food processing, or other regulated manufacturing industries is highly preferred. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
