Experience:

• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, performance management, and organizational development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise departmental managers and employees.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational results.

• Identify business development opportunities and improve organizational performance.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and company procedures.

• Report organizational performance and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
