General Service Officer (Re-Advertised)

Job Description

The General Service Officer is responsible for overseeing administrative and facility operations across the company’s two branches to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted support services. The role manages procurement, facility operations, transportation, maintenance, canteen services, and office support functions while coordinating with internal departments and external service providers.

• Oversee day to day general service operations across both company branches

• Supervise and support facility, cleaning, and procurement staff to ensure effective service delivery

• Ensure office utilities, facilities, and workspaces function efficiently and without interruption

• Supervise company transportation services, vehicle allocation, fleet usage, and maintenance schedules

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of office equipment and facilities

• Work closely with the IT team and property management on facility, infrastructure, and operational issues

• Manage procurement processes for office supplies, cleaning materials, tea and coffee services, and other operational needs

• Oversee canteen operations and ensure quality, hygiene, and timely service delivery

• Coordinate logistical and administrative support for office meetings, trainings, and outdoor company events

• Monitor vendor and service provider performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and cost efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree

• 3 - 5 years of direct work experience as Facilities or General service positions

• Strong knowledge of office operations, vendor management, and administrative procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to start work in 1- 2 weeks if offered
