Job Description

The Graduate Trainee – Human Resources program is a structured 12-month development journey designed to give high-potential graduates the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for a career in HR.

Through a combination of hands-on experience, functional rotations, coaching, learning, and real business assignments, Graduate Trainees will gain practical exposure to key areas of Human Resources, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and HR Operations.

The program is designed to build well-rounded HR professionals who understand both the people and business sides of HR, develop the confidence to contribute to real business priorities, and are prepared to take on future HR responsibilities within the organization.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field of studies.

• CGPA: 3.5 and above

• Exit Exam: Pass

• Only 2026 graduates will be considered
