About the Opportunity

Shobole Electromechanical is a premier electromechanical engineering, contracting,

and manufacturing company in Ethiopia. We specialize in delivering high-quality

engineering solutions, equipment installation, and technical project management. To

support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Commercial Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Lead sales, marketing, business development, and tendering activities.

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

• Oversee tender identification, bid preparation, pricing, compliance, and timely Submission.

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to support profitability.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Manage departmental budgets, performance targets, and reporting.

• Lead and develop the commercial team

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in a leadership role.

• Proven track record in sales growth, marketing, and successful tender management.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, bid documentation, pricing, and contract negotiation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship managemen skills.

• Strong analytical, planning, and financial awareness.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and tender management systems is an advantage

• A relevant professional qualification or master’s degree is an added advantage.
