Position Summary

Hundaf Trading PLC is looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Finance Head & Administration Officer to manage the company's overall accounting, financial operations, tax compliance, and administrative activities.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in finance and administration.

• Practical experience dealing with the Local Revenue Bureau.

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: 25,000 per month.

Location: Gerji, Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all company accounting and financial activities.

• Oversee cash flow, bank transactions, payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Prepare and present the company's annual financial report.

• Handle VAT, withholding tax, and other tax declarations.

• Follow up on tax assessments, payments, and clearances with the Local Revenue Bureau.

• Manage accounting records using the company's ERP system.

• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.

• Ensure proper financial documentation and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Oversee office administration, employee records, and administrative activities.

• Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and submission of statutory documents.

• Provide financial advice and support management in decision-making.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge and experience using ERP systems.

• Manufacturing experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to work in a workshop environment.

• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
