Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Garment Production to oversee and manage the overall garment production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, meeting production targets, and optimizing the use of manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily garment production activities.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.

• Supervise production teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.

• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and operational standards.

• Coordinate with quality control, merchandising, planning, and other relevant departments.

• Monitor production performance and prepare regular reports for management.

• Identify and resolve production-related challenges and bottlenecks.

• Promote continuous improvement across garment production operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in garment production or the textile and apparel industry.

• Proven experience in a senior production management or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and production operations.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines.
