Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day hotel operations.

• Coordinate front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and related services.

• Ensure high standards of guest service.

• Monitor room availability, cleanliness, and service quality.

• Handle guest complaints and coordinate solutions.

• Prepare staff schedules and supervise hotel employees.

• Monitor hotel supplies and operational requirements.

• Ensure implementation of hotel policies and procedures.

• Prepare hotel operation reports.

• Coordinate with management on operational issues.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant hotel/hospitality experience, including supervisory experience.

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• Practical knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is mandatory.

• Basic computer skills are mandatory
