Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise janitors, cleaners, and housekeeping employees.

• Prepare work schedules and assign duties.

• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, offices, and facilities.

• Inspect rooms and facilities regularly.

• Control cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.

• Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Report maintenance and facility problems.

• Train and guide housekeeping employees.

• Maintain housekeeping records.

• Ensure health and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Management, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality operations.

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• Practical knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is mandatory.

• Basic computer skills are mandatory
