Elysian Hotel and Guest House is a newly established hospitality facility in Addis Ababa, featuring 45 guest rooms, a lobby bar, a breakfast service area, a gym, a spa, and a terrace. We are seeking dedicated, professional, customer-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Successful candidates will contribute to delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our hotel.

Housekeeping Department
5. Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Summary: Supervise housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities are clean, organized, and maintained to established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise room attendants and public-area cleaning staff.
Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
Prepare daily cleaning schedules and assign duties.
Monitor cleaning supplies, linen, and housekeeping equipment.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property.
Coordinate with the front office regarding room status and guest requests.
Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and compliance with hygiene standards.
Train staff on cleaning procedures and workplace safety.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Relevant training or experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ability to coordinate staff and manage time effectively.
