Key Responsibilities

• Supporting HK Teams: Transporting, organizing, and restocking housekeeping carts with fresh towels, linens, and guest amenities.

• Deep cleaning: Assist room attendants by vacuuming floors, polishing furniture, cleaning glass, and keeping shared corridors immaculate.

• Restocking: Routinely replenish amenity stocks and bathroom essentials across designated building levels.

• Asset maintenance: Keep close track of physical cleaning tools and document facility damages for management attention right away.

• Guest care: Provide warm, professional customer service while respecting strict tenant’s information confidentiality.

Job Requirements

Education: Grade 10 or 12 high school completion certificate and above.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a dedicated janitorial or housekeeping role, ideally with exposure to a luxury resort, star-rated hotel, or premium corporate space
