Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the role seeks to develop integrated solutions.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG Company

Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Business Partnership -Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities, challenges, and future workforce requirements.

• Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead workforce planning in partnership with business leaders.

• Talent Management & Development: Partner with leaders to identify critical talent, capability gaps and Succession requirement.

• Talent Acquisition: Lead effective recruitment and selection for critical positions.

• Performance Management: Drive effective implementation of the performance management process.

• Employee Relation: work closely with the labor union and create smooth relationship
