Job Description

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: Negotiable / Attractive

Guarantor Requirement: Selected candidates must be able to provide a sufficient guarantor according to company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Identify vacancies and recruit, interview, and select candidates.

• Manage full-cycle hiring, including job postings, screening, and background checks

1. Onboarding & Training

• Conduct new employee orientation.

• Evaluate training needs and design development programs. 

1. Employee Relations

• Serve as a link between management and employees.

• Resolve workplace issues and support conflict resolution.

• Conduct exit interviews.

1. Compensation & Benefits

• Administer payroll and benefits.

• Analyze and modify compensation policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance. 

1. Performance Management

• Assess employee performance for promotions, salary adjustments, and development. 

1. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and workplace safety regulations.

• Investigate workplace incidents and maintain required records. 

1. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

• Develop programs to ensure fair treatment and inclusive practices. 

Job Requirements

Education

• Degree/Master's in Management, Economics, or Public Administration

Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in the sector
