Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Relevant HR experience

• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and HR administration

• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law is an advantage

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
