Job Description
Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
Lead the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

Participate in strategic HR planning and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource and Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
