About Us

Juntu Technology Trading PLC is a growing company engaged in the EV import and after sales service, supply, and distribution of EV products and solutions. We are looking for a motivated and organized HR manager to support our people operations and help build a productive, positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR files.

• Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and overtime records.

• Ensure compliance with the national labour law, tax, and pension regulations.

• Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on evaluation outcomes.

• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.

• Coordinate training and development activities for staff.

• Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications.

• Prepare periodic HR reports for management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• [2–4] years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a trading or Car import company.

• Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in [Amharic and English].

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); experience with HR or payroll software is an advantage.

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
