Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration management or managment and related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in human resource management.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and employee-management skills.
Good knowledge of HR policies, Ethiopian labor law, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Hotel or hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
