Position: Human Resources (HR) Specialist / Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Employment Type: Full-time

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and organizational structures in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain complete employee records, oversee leave management, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
• Promote a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
• Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian Labour Law and relevant statutory regulations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in HR operations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law and regulatory practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software/tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Amharic.
