Human Resources Supervisor

Experience: 3–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Purpose:

Oversee human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, performance management, personnel administration, and implementation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.

• Monitor attendance, leave, and other HR matters.

• Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.

• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

• Prepare HR reports and provide updates to management.

• Coordinate training and staff development activities.

• Work closely with management and departments on workforce requirements.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.

• Good knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.

• Experience working with technical and production employees is an advantage.

• Good computer skills, particularly MS Office.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Fluency in Arabic is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
