Job Summary: The Import and Export Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination, and control of the organization's import and export operations.
The Manager ensures that all international trade activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with Ethiopian laws, customs regulations, banking requirements, international trade practices, and the organization's policies and procedures.
The position provides strategic and operational leadership in sourcing, international procurement, import, export, customs clearance, logistics, trade finance, supplier and customer relations, and shipment management.

Job Requirements
Qualification: Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Import and export management, International Trade, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, International Business, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or Marketing or Other relevant fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years for MA and 8 years for BA of relevant experience in import/export, international trade, logistics, customs, or supply-chain operations. Experience in handling import/export documentation and customs clearance is required. Experience coordinating with banks, customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and international suppliers/customers is highly desirable. Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
