Job Description of Inventory Officer

Keep inventory stock and Close daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory data. Based on the data report purchase plan 3 or 6 month before according to item and lead time.
Make yearly purchase plan with the guidance of President and open LC
Maintain import and purchase document with set
Maintain all records
Give inventory data monthly to Finance department through Production manager and President to close finance data
Inform weekly stock received to Finance department
Purchase raw material from abroad and local in advance in order to make production smooth
Report incoming raw material to Production manager and President
