IT Supervisor

Job Description

Provide technical support to Team members and assist with hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely solutions.

Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.

Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Install and update antivirus and security software to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.

Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.

Train employees on IT best practices and ensure IT policy compliance.

Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.

Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with a minimum of [4] years of experience.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Proficiency in hotel operating systems like Opra, Sun, ....

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP is advantageous
