Senior Pre Sales Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary:
The Senior Presales Engineer is responsible for designing and proposing end-to-end data center solutions that meet customer requirements. The role supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing solution designs, responding to tenders, and coordinating with vendors throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data center infrastructure solutions (UPS, cooling, racks, containment, fire suppression, DCIM, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, etc.).

• Analyze customer requirements and conduct site surveys.

• Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, Bills of Materials (BOM), and solution presentations.

• Support RFQ/RFP/tender responses and ensure technical compliance.

• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to obtain quotations and technical documents,

• Provide technical support during customer meetings, presentations, and bid submissions.

• Stay updated on data center technologies and vendor solutions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• BSC in Computer Science and other IT Related field

• Additional certification in the sales profession and any related an advantage. 
  Experience: 

• 3-5 years of work experience direct to Presales Engineer field

• Strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, physical security, structured cabling, and DCIM solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills, and Teamwork
