Junior Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily activities and attendance of site laborers

• Assign daily tasks to laborers according to the work plan

• Monitor construction progress against the planned scheduled

• Ensure construction materials are delivered on time and in the required quantities

• Check delivered materials and report shortages or issues

• Monitor the quality of ongoing construction work

• Ensure laborers follow site safety rules and procedures

• Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress

• Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Manager

• Carry out related tasks as assigned by the Site Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering

• 6 months–1 year of relevant construction/site experience

• Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as required by construction activities and project schedules
