Junior Facility Management Officer (Re-advertised)

Job Description

Purpose of the Job: To assist the process of delivering efficient and effective facility services in the bank.

Generic Functions:

• Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit
• Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
• Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
• Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance
• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct embody the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public

Specific Functions:

• Provide different kinds of facility services to all organs in quality and timely manner for securing minimum disruption of the business
• Process the provision of utility services and effect payments
• Prepare and process payments for maintained vehicles, insurance bills, outsourced maintenance/repair work and other miscellaneous payments
• Assist the outsourced facility services are provided as per the agreement
• Assist the process of annual inspection of vehicles, insurance coverage for new vehicles and renewal for existing
• Handle other related duties as may be required

Qualification: BA in Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related fields

Experience: One/1 years of relevant experience preferable in Banking Industry.
