Job Requirements

• Education: BA/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or property marketing.

• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers and investors.

• Promote and market the company's residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct field visits and arrange property viewings for interested clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and potential transactions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding available properties, prices, payment terms, and sales procedures.
