Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s training and learning programs, identifying and developing potential client relationships, conducting field sales visits, and increasing brand awareness through engaging social media content.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 0–3 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and visit prospective clients, including banks and other organizations.

• Promote and sell the company’s training and learning services to prospective customers.

• Maintain regular client follow-ups by phone to build relationships and support sales conversion.

• Present and host promotional videos for TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions, and prepare reports as required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in sales presentations and on-camera hosting.

• Willingness and ability to conduct outdoor sales visits and meet prospective clients.

• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to build positive client relationships.
