Job Description

KADISCO General Hospital PLC is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and competent Junior Nurse to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide safe, high-quality nursing care, support physicians and senior nurses in patient management, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient-centered healthcare services.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and vital signs.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health promotion.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement standards.

• Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and clinical changes.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid Ethiopian Professional License.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
