Basic Function of the Position
The Junior Procurement Officer supports the procurement unit in sourcing goods and services, processing purchase orders, maintaining procurement documentation, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies in compliance with company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare purchase orders under supervision.
Track order status and follow up with suppliers.
Maintain procurement records and filing systems.
Update supplier database and price lists.
Coordinate with the warehouse for delivery verification.
Prepare procurement reports.
Support contract documentation and renewal tracking.
Other duties as assigned by procurment Division
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics,and related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Work Experience
Job Knowledge
Knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.
Understanding of vendor evaluation and documentation.
Knowledge of inventory and supply chain fundamentals.
Skills and Abilities
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
good Communication skill for English preferable
