Junior Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

The Junior Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company’s products and services, and supporting sales activities to achieve business targets. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through various sales channels.

• Promote and explain the company’s products and services to prospective clients.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.

• Support the achievement of individual and team sales targets.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records.

• Participate in sales meetings, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

• Net Salary: ETB 7,000 per month.

• Commission: 2%–3% based on sales performance.
