We are a reputable construction company engaged in the execution of a Radisson Hotel Project in Addis Ababa is looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its project team.

PROJECT LOCATION: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Radisson Hotel Project

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong commitment to quality, safety, productivity, and project deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel construction environment.

• Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, foremen, and other project stakeholders.

• Professional attitude, discipline, and problem-solving ability.

• Knowledge of construction drawings and site procedures relevant to the position.

Job Requirements

BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field

0–2 years

Key Requirements / Responsibilities

• Assist Site Engineers in site supervision, measurements, inspections, progress monitoring, material requests, reporting, quality control, and snagging.

• Ability to read drawings and basic AutoCAD/MS Office knowledge required.

• Fresh graduates with strong site interest may be considered.
