JOB PURPOSE
Ensures and supervises timely and effectively implementation of all company policies, standards, procedures, and activities involved assures the quality of manufactured products to the satisfaction of customers.
Expected result / outcome
Ensure all laboratory analysis results are perfect and accurate.
Ensure products & services delivered upheld standards.
Deliver Quality audit on production process and workers performance.
Ensure lab equipment are calibrated as per the plan
Ensure laboratory room and equipment are handled hygienic

Duties
Conduct all lab analysis activities (incoming materials, work in progress and finished products) to ensure precision & accuracy of test results and maintains inspects records of analysis.
Checks the authenticity of the lab results and proper working of instruments & lab wares.
Ensures calibration, inspection of measuring & test equipment used for quality control to eliminate avoidable defects.
Handle any NC that can be occurred as per the company procedure and report the incident to line manager in time.
Monitors products are produced according to the company, customer and other applicable standards/requirements.
Ensures all types of machinery are clean and safe for production operation.
Checks that all workers are properly using their safety materials for themselves and for product safety and quality.
Follows up that BBS (Behavior Based Safety) to Maintain Safety Culture At Workplace is respected
Monitors work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld
Training new employees on company policies and procedures, including safety measures and ethics policies.
Conducts regular quality audits of production lines or departments to ensure compliance with company standards.
Reviews production staff performance to determine whether they are meeting standards or need improvements to meet standards.
Prepares periodic performance reports and submits to immediate supervisor.
Perform other similar duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education
BSC/MSC in chemistry/ industrial chemistry/chemical Engineering
Experience
4/2 years in industrial sector of which 2 years in soap and detergent factory
