JOB PURPOSE
Lead customer relationship management across institutional accounts, oversee line-specific account strategies, and manage specialized key account executives to maximize product penetration and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute key account plans across diagnostic product portfolios to achieve targeted revenue growth.
Institutional Relationship Management: Oversee relationship health and commercial targets across major institutional hospital and diagnostic clients.
Contract & Tender Negotiation: Lead high-level contract negotiations, tender renewal support, and long-term purchasing commitments.
Line Leadership & Team Supervision: Supervise, coach, and guide line-specific Key Account Managers and Key Account Executives across specialized portfolios.
Performance Tracking & Forecasting: Track key account metrics, forecast demand, and align commercial tactics with overall corporate goals.
Product Demonstrations & Evaluation: Coordinate product demonstrations, customer feedback loops, and clinical trial/evaluation placements across target accounts.
Job Requirements
Education: MSc or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Pharmacy.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven key account management experience within pharmaceuticals or diagnostic equipment.
Core Competencies: Key account management strategy, institutional contract negotiation, team management & coaching, healthcare market intelligence, and revenue forecasting.
