LABORATORY SAMPLE COLLECTION OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
Collect blood and other laboratory specimens safely and professionally.
Properly identify, label, handle, and transport specimens.
Prepare patients for sample collection and provide necessary instructions.
Maintain accurate specimen records.
Follow infection-prevention and laboratory safety procedures.
Ensure proper handling and timely delivery of collected samples.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology.
Valid professional license/registration.
Experience in laboratory sample collection is an advantage.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail.
