Job Requirements

Requirements

Diploma or BSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Science or a related field from a recognized institution.
Valid professional license/registration where applicable.
Work experience: 0 years and above
Relevant laboratory experience is an advantage; fresh graduates may apply where applicable.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 15189, IQC, EQA, internal audit, and CAPA is an advantage.
Knowledge of biosafety, infection prevention, occupational safety, chemical safety, laboratory waste management, and emergency procedures.
Knowledge of specimen collection, processing, laboratory testing, quality control, and laboratory safety.
Experience with automated laboratory analyzers is an advantage.
Good communication, documentation, reporting, computer, and teamwork skills.
Professional, respectful, responsible, hardworking, and patient-centered attitude.
