Location: Gambela & Bonga
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable / Attractive
Guarantor Requirement: Selected candidates must be able to provide a sufficient guarantor according to company requirements.

Responsibilities
Development & Preparation
Plan and supervise land preparation activities such as plowing, leveling, and soil conditioning.
Ensure quality execution of land preparation and road construction activities.
Implement soil conservation measures and sustainable land-use practices.
Mechanization & Machinery Management
Operate or supervise the use of agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, earth-moving equipment).
Ensure machinery is correctly set, aligned, and maintained for optimal performance.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and workshop servicing for equipment.
Roads, Drainage & Infrastructure
Oversee construction and maintenance of feeder roads, tracks, and drainage systems.
Ensure proper excavation and sourcing of quality murrum for road works.
Supervision & Administration
Supervise field staff, monitor attendance, and enforce discipline.
Maintain daily activity records and prepare routine reports.
Monitor fuel usage to prevent misuse.
Conduct on‑the‑job training to build staff capacity.
Coordination & Compliance
Collaborate with agronomists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient land use.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and agricultural regulations.
Job Requirements
Education
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering , Agribusiness, or Civil Engineering or related fields.
Desired Competencies
Problem-solving skills for handling seasonal challenges and supply chain issues.
Attention to detail in monitoring produce quality and compliance standards.
Experience
6/8+ years of work experience
