Lead Researcher

Job Description

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact research projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business transformation goals.

• Develop and implement innovative research methodologies, leveraging advanced data analytics and simulation models.

• Develop frameworks for data collection, analysis, and interpretation, ensuring that research outputs support evidence-based decision-making.

• Develop new models, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance research capabilities.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, research briefs, and executive summaries for leadership and external stakeholders.

• Represent the organization in academic conferences, industry forums, and research collaborations.

• Collaborate with universities, research institutions, government agencies, and industry partners to drive joint research and innovation projects.

• Mentor and supervise researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.

• Lead cross-functional teams to test and scale innovative concepts into viable business solutions.

• Implement quality control measures and ethical research standards to ensure compliance with scientific and industry regulations.

• Ensure compliance with ethical research standards, intellectual property rights, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education: BSc/MSc Degree in Engineering or related Field

Related work Experience : 7/6 years of relevant experience respectively.
