B. Job Summary
The Lease & Joint Venture Manager will be responsible for managing medical equipment leasing arrangements, developing joint venture partnerships, negotiating business agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions, investors, and business partners.
The position aims to expand the company's medical equipment leasing services, establish strategic partnerships, and improve business performance and profitability.
C. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement leasing and joint venture strategies for medical equipment and healthcare technology services.
Identify potential hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, investors, and business partners.
Negotiate leasing agreements, joint venture contracts, and partnership arrangements.
Coordinate the preparation, review, and implementation of lease agreements and joint venture documents with the relevant departments.
Monitor leasing contracts, payment schedules, contractual obligations, and agreement renewals.
Assess potential business partners and evaluate the financial and operational feasibility of proposed partnerships.
Develop business proposals and financial projections for leasing and joint venture projects.
Coordinate with the Finance, Legal, Sales, Import, and Technical Departments.
Monitor the performance of existing leasing arrangements and joint venture partnerships.
Prepare regular performance reports and submit recommendations to the CEO.
Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
Ensure that agreements comply with applicable Ethiopian laws, regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements
D. Educational Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in leasing, business development, contract management, investment, or joint venture operations.
Experience in medical equipment leasing or healthcare business development is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, financial analysis, communication, and contract management skills.
Ability to develop business relationships and identify profitable investment opportunities.
