Job Purpose

To manage and monitor logistics contracts, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, supplier performance, and timely contract implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Management, Constantin Technology and Management, Accounting, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or logistics.

    Reports To: Logistics Manager / Administration Head

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, maintain, and monitor logistics contracts.

  • Maintain an updated contract register and contract files.

  • Monitor contract expiry, renewal, amendments, and close-out.

  • Ensure compliance with approved company procedures and contractual terms.

  • Follow up supplier and service-provider performance.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Project teams on contract matters.

  • Verify supporting documents for logistics payments and services.

  • Identify and report contractual risks, delays, and compliance issues.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly contract administration reports.

  • Supervise and support contract administration staff.
