ALSAM PLC is launching the BiC Cristal Pen Manufacturing Factory in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and invites qualified, experienced, and competent professionals to join its technical and production team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Advanced diploma or TVET Level 4/5 Diploma in Machine Operations, Manufacturing, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating automatic machines.
• Experience in operating automatic machines with basic mechanical understanding.
• Experience in pen production plant is highly preferred

Quantity Required: 4

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to learn and understand the sequence of assembly processes.
• Ability to operate machines, feed components, and identify basic process or quality issues.
• Strong discipline in following rules, instructions and safety procedures.
