Job Summary: The Sourcing & Material Management Manager is responsible for leading the Bank's sourcing, procurement, material management, and fleet management functions to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition, storage, and availability of goods service.

Job & Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for goods, services, equipment and materials in line with procurement policy.

• Establish minimum, maximum, and reorder levels, monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate periodic physical stock counts and identify slow-moving, obsolete, or surplus materials.

• Lead, supervise and develop sourcing, warehouse and material management staff against agreed KPIs.

• Plan and oversee fleet operation, vehicle acquisition, allocation, utilisazion, and disposal within policy and budget.

• Identify cost reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing consolidation and competitive negotiation; track spend against budget.

Job Requirements

•  Master’s Degree/BA Degree in purchasing, Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields.

• With 6/8 years of banking, purchasing and property management-related experience, including 2 years as a Senior officer/Team leader in logistics and supplies management in a financial institution.
