Job Requirements
Role Requirements & Qualifications Professional Experience:
3 to 5 years of overall marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in digital marketing, technical training promotion, or B2B service sectors.
Proven experience in a client-facing consultancy, advisory, or agency environment, with the ability to assess market needs, present strategic marketing solutions, and advise stakeholders on growth initiatives.
Core Competencies & Skills:
Digital Growth & Campaigns: Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and scaling paid digital ad campaigns and driving online engagement and lead conversion.
Content & Promotional Strategy: Ability to translate technical or educational offerings into compelling marketing messages for target audiences.
Communication & Language: Exceptional written and verbal fluency in both Amharic and English, with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.Relationship Management: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and B2B partnership-building abilities to drive institutional or corporate outreach.
