Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Event Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and event coordination. This full‑time role requires a BA in Marketing and at least two years of experience. The Marketing and Event Manager will design marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness. They will plan, execute, and manage events that showcase the organization’s services and products. This role is vital for building relationships with stakeholders and generating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics and vendor management.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Maintain relationships with media outlets and partners to promote events.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements during events.
Lead a small team of marketing assistants or event staff when necessary.
Report on marketing ROI and event outcomes to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

BA degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing and event management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of event budgeting and vendor negotiations.
