Bezaw Curbside PLC is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and highly professional Female Marketing & Content Manager to drive our corporate brand strategy. In this role, you will act as the bridge between B2B market research and B2C brand representation. You will conduct deep market research to identify high-value vendor partnerships (supermarkets and restaurants), develop formal marketing strategies to drive Bezaw’s sales, and serve as the polished on-camera face of the company for our digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Vendor Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging consumer trends, analyze competitor activity, and pinpoint high-value prospective merchants to feed into the Merchant Acquisition pipeline.
Corporate Brand Management: Develop, plan, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns designed to increase brand equity, user acquisition, and overall sales volume in Addis Ababa.
On-Camera Hosting & Presentation: Serve as the professional, on-screen corporate host for promotional videos, app tutorials, partner announcements, and digital advertisements.
Digital Channel Management: Oversee and grow Bezaw Curbside’s formal presence across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and facebook(meta), ensuring all messaging aligns with company standards.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of formal experience in corporate marketing, market research, or digital brand management.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to research market demographics and identify B2B leads and retail trends in Addis Ababa.
Language:
Fluent and highly articulate in both Amharic and English (written and spoken).
On-Screen Presence:
Confident, highly expressive, and natural in front of the camera with a strictly professional, corporate appearance.
