ABOUT THE ROLE

Tedla Ambulance Services PLC is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing, branding, and client-outreach efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing Tedla's market presence, strengthening partnerships with institutional clients, and promoting the company's emergency medical service offerings across Addis Ababa and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, corporates, NGOs, and insurance providers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients and partners

• Oversee the company's branding, promotional materials, and public communications

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy

• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management

• Supervise and mentor marketing and dispatch-support staff as assigned

• Represent Tedla at external meetings, exhibitions, and community events

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Experience in healthcare, emergency services, or B2B sales experience is an advantage

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills

• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
